The sixth annual VA 5K will be held the weekend before Veterans Day with a virtual and live event.

The virtual event will be held Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 6-7.

The live event is scheduled to begin at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 7 at the Lexington VA Health Care System’s Franklin R. Sousley Campus at 2250 Leestown Road.

Run, walk or wheel to help veterans and their families.

The Lexington Division of Community Corrections, Columbia Gas of Kentucky and its NiVets employee resource group are presenting and coordinating sponsors of the event.
